Delete NominSan Account
Use this page to delete your NominSan account and associated learning data from a browser, even if you no longer have the mobile app installed.
Account deletion is permanent. If your account has an active Premium subscription through Stripe, NominSan will request cancellation to stop renewal during deletion. Contact support@nominsan.net if you need help with billing records or cannot sign in.
What is deleted
Your account, conversation sessions, saved vocabulary, learner memory, and app profile data tied to the account are deleted by the same backend deletion flow used inside the NominSan app.
What may be retained
Limited billing, security, abuse-prevention, or legal records may be retained when required. Billing events are disconnected from your user account during deletion.
