Overview
NominSan is an AI language tutor. We collect the information needed to provide accounts, language practice, saved learning history, support, abuse prevention, and optional Premium billing.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as email address and encrypted password credentials.
- Learning content, such as chat messages, lessons, corrections, saved vocabulary, reading answers, and session summaries.
- Voice and audio inputs when you choose to use voice features.
- Usage and diagnostics, such as client metrics, rate-limit events, health checks, and error information.
- Billing identifiers, such as Stripe customer or subscription IDs for Premium accounts.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the tutor, personalize learning, save progress, deliver password reset emails, prevent misuse, monitor reliability, enforce usage limits, and manage Premium access.
Service Providers
NominSan may send data to service providers that support the app, including AI processing, translation, email delivery, hosting, analytics/monitoring, and payment processing. These providers process data to deliver the requested service.
Data Deletion
You can delete your account inside the app from Settings, or from the web at /account/delete. Deletion removes account-linked learning data. Limited billing, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained when required, and billing events are disconnected from your user account.
